No one knows a fast food that’s low carb than a dieter who frequents fast food from time to time.

Nowadays, hundreds of restaurants now offer keto-friendly options that you can customize to your tastes. As you like it: low carb, high healthier fat, moderate protein. Instead of trying out all the restaurants looking for which is keto-friendly, there are fast foods that offer keto-friendly meals.

Top Keto Fast Food Options

Chipotle Keto Salad Bowl

A Keto salad bowl is the best choice for a keto-friendly (low carb) fast food meal at Chipotle, a Mexican fast food. Chipotle is one of the fast foods trying to make eating out easier for dieters. Chipotle launched this salad in 2019  for those on a Keto diet. No carbs, just fresh veggies, and it contains Carnitas, red salsa, shredded cheese, Guacamole and Romaine lettuce.

Nutritional benefits: Calories 590, Fat 42g(15.5 g saturated), Sodium 1515mg, Carbs 15g, fiber 8g, sugar 2g, Protein 32g.

However, you can only order this bowl of salad through Chipotle’s website.

Chipotle Carnitas and Chicken Salad Bowl

Another great low carb fast food option on Chipotle’s menu is the Carnitas and Chicken Salad Bowl. Chipotle’s Carnitas is touted as antibiotic- and hormone-free shredded pork, seasoned with salt and pepper, juniper berries, thyme and bay leaves, braised and shredded by hand. It contains ingredients like cottage cheese, chicken filets, diced cherry tomatoes, brown rice, about one and a half cups, which you can ditch, avocado, lime and cucumber.

Nutritional benefits:  210 calories,12 g fat (6.5 g saturated), 450 mg sodium, 0 g carbs, 0 g fiber, 0 g sugars, 23 g protein.

For Carnitas Calories 660, carbs 49g, Protein 46g, total fat 50g, fiber 6g, sodium 1445 mg, cholesterol 193 mg.

In-N-Out Burger

The Double Double comes with two small beef patties, two slices of American cheese, two slices of tomato, spread, and onion which is optional.

Nutritional benefits: 520 calories, 8g net carbs, and 33g protein.

The 3×3 Protein Style Burger (No Bun)

Another secret menu item. This Low Carb In-N-Out Protein-Style fast food option comes with three small beef patties, three slices of American cheese, two slices of tomato, hand-leafed lettuce, spread, and your option on onions.
