President Donald Trump orders the arrest of anyone who destroys the US monuments deliberately with 10 years imprisonment.
The president of the United States of America, President Donald Trump has given a new order to the Federal Government to arrest anyone who destroys the US statue or its equivalent.
President Trump made this known today, June 23, in his verified Twitter handle.
He wrote: “I have authorized the Federal Government to arrest anyone who vandalizes or destroys any monument, statue or other such Federal property in the U.S. with up to 10 years in prison, per the Veteran’s Memorial Preservation Act, or such other laws that may be pertinent”
Also he stated that the action takes effect immediately and may involve past actions of vandalism with no exemption.
“This action is taken effective immediately, but may also be used retroactively for destruction or vandalism already caused. There will be no exceptions!”
